Chamber Conference Center

conference room The Chamber conference room was added in 2004 to host our Board of Directors meetings but is now available for rent as one of our member benefits. Our facilities are comparable to other private locations and meet the needs for most meetings, retreats, and event gatherings.

  • Room dimensions are roughly 33' x 21'.
  • The Conference Room is ideal for board-style meetings of 30 or less, but we are capable of accommodating parties larger than 30.
  • The Conference Room can be configured to accommodate up to 60 to 70 people with adequate table space or up to 120 persons without tables in a theater style arrangement.
  • Additional chairs are required for parties over 35; the Chamber will furnish additional chairs at a cost of $2 per additional chair plus a $45 delivery fee.

  • Private unisex bathroom access
  • Additional break out conference room
  • LCD projector for $25 fee and a $200 refundable deposit upon return
  • Speaker podium
  • Large coffee maker
  • Small refrigerator & large sink
  • Direct handicap access

Rates and policies for renting the conference room are as follows:

  • Member Organizations: $150/day, $75/4 hours
  • Non-Member Organizations: $300/day, $150/4 hours
    • Use of the Conference Room after hours or on the weekends requires an additional fee of $15/hour.
    • Members may reserve the small conference room (holds 6 persons), dependent upon availability at no charge.
