The Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber of Commerce Message Board is a benefit for use by owners and employees of member companies. While guests may see and participate in a limited number of forums, you will need to register to gain access to all member areas.

When selecting a Login Name and Display Name, you must use your Real Name. Aliases or handles are not permitted on the CHCCC Message Board. Your name must be in the following format: Jane_Member or John_Q_Member with the underscore character "_" used in place of a space. The underscore is the only non alpha-numeric character permitted in Login and Display Names.

When registering, you will be granted provisional status, and access to some areas. To have your status advanced to full member status, you will need to log-in, and enter your personal information in the Personal Information section, the link for which is at the bottom of the My Home section. At a minimum, you must enter your Job Title, Company Name, and Location of your office (City, State).

While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or web master (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
